NBC/dick clark productionsKelly Clarkson isn’t just hosting the Billboard Music Awards this year, she’ll be performing too.
The singer is among the first batch of performers announced for the awards ceremony, along with Lauren Daigle, Khalid, Panic! at the Disco and Sam Smith and Normani.
This isn’t Kelly’s first time pulling double duty at the show – she also performed and hosted last year. It will, however, be the first time Sam Smith, Lauren Daigle, and Panic! at the Disco will be taking the BBMA stage.
Khalid and Normani both performed their duet “Love Lies” last year. Normani will be teaming up with Sam this year for their duet, “Dancing with a Stranger.”
The Billboard Music Awards will air live from Las Vegas May 1 on NBC. Cardi B leads the nominees with 21 nominations.
