Disney/Richard HarbaughBy 10 a.m. Christmas Day, you’ll probably be all done tearing through your gifts, so it’s time to turn on the TV and keep the holiday feeling going. That’s where ABC’s Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade comes in.
The annual special, airing from 10 a.m. to noon, ET and 9 a.m.-11 a.m. CST/MST/PST, features American Idol champ Maddie Poppie, Gwen Stefani, opera star Andrea Bocelli, Aloe Blacc and more, all performing Christmas favorites.
Maddie will sing “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree,” while Gwen sings “Winter Wonderland. Aloe sings “Tell Your Mama,” from his album, Christmas Funk, while Andrea Bocelli sings “Ave Maria” and is joined b his son Matteo for “White Christmas.” In addition, boy band Why Don’t We will sing their holiday track “Kiss You This Christmas.”
The show is co-hosted by Dancing with the Stars champ Jordan Fisher and well as Modern Family’s Sarah Hyland. Jordan will also sing “This Christmas.”
In addition to music, the special will also include surprise celebrity guests, family stories and, of course, the parade.
