Stewart GerardIn advance of some stadium summer dates, OneRepublic has released another stand-alone single.
The catchy song, “Connection,” is about trying to make an emotional connection with someone, and feeling lonely even while surrounded by other people.
The band is likely to perform “Connection” during their stadium dates with country superstars Zac Brown Band. Starting June 30, they’ll open for ZBB at stadiums in Atlanta, Detroit, Washington D.C., New York, Minneapolis and Seattle.
OneRepublic’s most recent album Oh My My, came out in 2016. Lead singer Ryan Tedder’s also been keeping busy writing and producing songs with other artists, including Ed Sheeran, Camila Cabello and Sir Paul McCartney.
