Nick Jonas is ready to release some new music. The singer teased that a new collaboration with DJ Mustard will be dropping on Friday.
In a short clip posted to Nick’s social media accounts, a Departures board at an airport reveals the names “Mustard” and “Nick Jonas,” as well as the word “Anywhere,” which is presumably the name of the song. DJ Mustard teased the same clip on his Twitter feed.
Nick’s last album, Last Year Was Complicated, came out in 2016. He hasn’t released a new standalone solo song since “Find You,” which came out in September of last year.
Nick’s song “Home,” specifically written for the soundtrack of the movie Ferdinand, came out in October 2017, and earned him a Golden Globe nomination.
He recently told ABC News that his new music will be inspired by a variety of musicians from Bruce Springsteen to Post Malone and Drake.
