The singer has announced that Blue Lips [lady wood phase II] will be released November 17. The album will have two parts, one called “Light Beams” and the other called “Pitch Black.” It’s a continuation of her previous album, Lady Wood, which also had two chapters: “Fairy Dust” and “Fire Fade.”
Tove also revealed the racy cover art for Blue Lips, which features a red, sideways image of a tattooed hand squeezing a woman’s butt cheek.
The Swedish star hasn’t been afraid to release NSFW material before. Her first album, Queen of the Clouds, featured plenty of profanity, while the first single from Blue Lips was called “Disco T**s.” She’ll be performing that song on The Tonight Show Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on November 14.
