Hasbro, Inc./RCA RecordsThe Sia/Maddie Ziegler collaboration continues. The singer has once again enlisted the young dancer to star in her new music video for “Rainbow,” off the My Little Pony: The Movie soundtrack.
This time, Maddie — wearing Sia’s signature black-and-white bob — dances around on a water-covered stage between scenes from the animated film. The performance culminates with her floating above the stage as rain falls and a rainbow appears.
We also get to see Sia’s character, named Songbird Serenade, belting out the song for her pony friends. Her character also sports a face-covering black-and-white hairdo, just like Sia.
The My Little Pony: The Movie soundtrack, which also features contributes from DNCE and Rachel Platten, comes out September 22. The movie hits theaters October 6.
Sia and Maddie first collaborated on the video for “Chandelier,” and most recently in the video for “The Greatest.”
