Charlie Puth headlining Global Citizen concert series promoting social change

ABC/Randy HolmesCharlie Puth will be headlining a concert supporting positive social change around the world.

The concert, part of The Accelerator Series presented by Global Citizen and Cadillac, will take place August 29 at the Cadillac House in New York City.

At the performance, the Global Citizen Accelerator Award will be presented to the founder of Sanergy, a company committed to improving sanitation in the slums of Kenya.

“It’s inspiring to see the impact one person can have in their community and around the world. I’m excited to celebrate these Global Citizens and their amazing achievements,” Charlie says in a statement to Billboard.
