The singer announced her partnership with the sneaker brand on Twitter Wednesday and revealed a sneak peek of her campaign for Skechers Hi Lites, coming this fall.
“One of the things that attracted me to Skechers is their philanthropic efforts to children in need and animals in need because that’s something that’s important to me and close to my heart,” Camila says in the video clip.
She also says the new Skechers gig has seriously upped her cool factor with her little sister.
“My sister is really excited about it ‘cause she gets all these Skechers shoes, so I’m like the best big sister right now,” she says.
Camila joins a list of pop stars who have promoted the brand, including Meghan Trainor and Demi Lovato.
