Hundreds of families and kids of all ages come downtown for the annual Fourth of July Kids’ Parade and Duck Dash in the Healdsburg Plaza co-hosted by the Rotary Club of Healdsburg Sunrise and the City of Healdsburg. The event is a fun attraction for the Healdsburg community to celebrate the founding of our nation. Enjoy live music and activities, including: lawn games, Duck Dash Races, face painting, and a parade around the Plaza.
Kids’ Parade
Youngsters are encouraged to dress in costume and arrive on bikes, tricycles, and wagons adorned with red, white, and blue decorations. Sign-up begins at 10:00 AM, so come early and get ready for a morning of excitement. The parade will kick off at 11:00 AM and loop around the Healdsburg Plaza. With sparkling stars, stripes, and smiles, this joyful parade will showcase the spirit of independence, bringing the community together for an unforgettable celebration.
Duck Dash
Throughout the day, enjoy the Duck Dash Races, organized and promoted by the Healdsburg Sunrise Rotary. Adopt a duck and watch it race to the splash zone. Donations are appreciated and will benefit the good deeds of Rotary in the local community, including scholarships, teacher appreciation, the Choices Program, Wonder League, and much more!
