2026 Sponsorship Opportunity!
We’d love for you to be part of this important event—as a sponsor, exhibitor, or both. Sponsorship offers a unique opportunity to:
• Showcase your company to an engaged, safety-conscious audience
• Support interactive experiences such as safety simulations, seminars, and preparedness giveaways
• Gain visibility through event signage, digital promotions, VIP tickets, and PA recognition
• Receive tax-deductible benefits—the Wildfire & Earthquake Expo is a nonprofit event
We’re happy to work with you to create a partnership that best fits your goals and community impact. If you choose not to be a sponsor, booth space is available at the Expo. As an exhibitor on Sunday, April 26 at the Expo, your business/organization will:
• Connect directly with thousands of community members seeking preparedness solutions
• Demonstrate your products or services in an interactive, educational environment
• Build relationships with first responders, public agencies, and other key partners
• Be featured in event promotions, digital listings, and on-site signage
Booth space is complimentary for nonprofits, there is a small fee for businesses to participate. Click here for the Exhibitor Application with details on participation, booth options, and special opportunities. Space is limited, and we encourage early registration to secure your preferred location, both indoors and outdoors locations available.
Together, we can make the 2026 Expo our most impactful year yet—empowering our community to stay safer, stronger, and more prepared.
