Our conversation today is about the challenges that veterans experience returning from combat and transitioning back to civilian life, and what the organization Disabled American Veterans does to support vets. The local Chapter 48 of DAV is establishing a Volunteer Transportation Network to get vets to their appointments. Mountain Mike's is donating a portion of proceeds (eat in, take out, or delivery!) that day to Disabled American Veterans.
