Atlantic RecordsKelly Clarkson is going to share The Meaning of Life with all her fans this fall.
That’s the title of the singer’s new album, which is due October 27. This morning, she revealed the first official single — an upbeat, soulful track called “Love So Soft.” If you pre-order the album, you’ll get that as a download instantly, as well as another track, “Move You.” Both tracks are available for streaming today at all digital and streaming services.
Kelly also revealed the video for “Love So Soft” today, featuring her wearing a variety of fabulous outfits and singing in a number of fantastical settings, including a fluffy white meadow and a clifftop house. She’ll perform that song, as well as “Move You,” on NBC’s Today show Friday morning.
The new album is described as “smart and sensual soul-inspired pop.” It’s her eighth studio album and her first for Atlantic Records.
