Getty Images via ABCDNCE will be guest-starring on a new YouTube competition series premiering this fall.
The band has been added to the lineup of Best.Cover.Ever, a show that gives aspiring musicians the chance to perform a cover of a famous artist’s original song. Contestants will compete for the opportunity to perform a duet with that artist that will then premiere on YouTube.
Submissions are currently open for DNCE’s challenge. Fans are asked to upload a YouTube video of themselves performing a cover of the band’s song “Toothbrush.” Finalists will be chosen to appear on the show and one lucky winner will get the chance to perform a new song with DNCE.
Other artists participating in the show include Katy Perry, Demi Lovato, Charlie Puth, Backstreet Boys, Jason Derulo, Flo Rida and Bebe Rexha.
Best.Cover.Ever is produced by Ryan Seacrest and will be hosted by Ludacris. It launches this fall.
