F Stands for Functional Training geared towards everyday movements. 45 stands for the amount of minutes in the workout. It’s a mixture of circuit training, strength training, & HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style workouts alternating between cardio, resistance & hybrid workouts delivering results. Never doing the same workout twice! Saturday’s workout will be 1-hour doing the “Hollywood Workout” with a live DJ! THAT’S RIGHT!
