The singer got a new haircut channeling her Hannah Montana alter ego. Her new ‘do — long blonde hair with bangs — looks exactly like the blonde wig her character sported in the Disney Channel show.
Miley had a little fun with the look on social media.
“You know guys, it was so hard going back and forth that I decided that I’ll just be Hannah forever,” she said in a video showing off the haircut. “She was getting a lot of press this week, thanks to me!”
She also posted a side-by-side of her as Hannah and her now, captioning it, “I WIN! #10YearChallenge”
Miley really embraced her past and got back into character with two more videos posted to her socials, where she’s seen in a car singing along to the Hannah Montana classic “Best of Both Worlds.”
But to show that she’s still edgy, grown-up Miley, she jokingly added, “The best of both worlds. Like when you take an upper and a downer at the same time. Like if you take a little Molly and smoke a joint.”
Last Sunday, Miley had posted about the 13th anniversary of Hannah Montana’s first episode. Earlier this week she teased on Instagram, “BIG changes coming soon! Keep ya posted!”
No word on if those changes had to do with her hair, or something bigger.
