In the photo, Cardi is seen embracing a fan wearing a Cardi B t-shirt at a hospital. She wrote in the caption, “This makes me so sad…RIP babygirl. My condolence to her wonderful parents and family.”
“When I met this young lady i literally had to hold her and put her against my body cause she couldn’t barely stand yet she was sooo happy in a great spirit and her make up on super fleek,” Cardi continued.
“Her parents were so happy. Heaven gained the prettiest angel your[e] not in pain anymore Alaysia Crockett!”
She finished by writing, “F**K CANCER!
The photo appears to have be taken in the hospital she visited while she was in Atlanta for the Super Bowl last month. A photo at the time, posted by the hospital, of Cardi signing a fan’s cast, shows her wearing the same outfit that she has on in the picture with Alaysia.
