Mert & MarcusOn Wednesday, Taylor Swift took a break from smashing box-office records on her Reputation tour to spend some down time with her boyfriend, actor Joe Alwyn.
The Daily Mail has photos of the couple walking hand-in-hand in London. According to the paper, Taylor and the British actor dined at Hawksmoore steakhouse in Covent Garden. Taylor wore an off-the-shoulder green maxidress and her ever-present “J” pendant, while Joe dressed down in jeans and a blue top.
Tayor and Joe have been dating since May of 2017, but have kept their relationship out of the spotlight. Many of the songs on Taylor’s Reputation album seem to have been inspired by Joe and her romance with him, including “Delicate,” “Gorgeous” and “Call It What You Want.”
A source told People magazine in June, “She seems to be in a great place both career and love wise. Joe is just an amazing boyfriend. He is very supportive. Taylor adores his family. She’s in a very good place.”
Taylor will head back to the city where it all started for her — Nashville, TN — on Saturday to resume her Reputation tour at Nissan Stadium.
