Nicole O’MooreTove Lo has temporarily switched her attention from music to jewelry.
The Swedish singer has launched a limited-edition collection called TOVE LO X LEONTINE in partnership with designer Emelie Torling, her best friend. The collection includes four pieces: a nose ring, an ear cuff, a ring and a bracelet. They were all inspired by the symbol she’s been using for her current Lady Wood album cycle.
“For me, my Lady Wood symbol is the first thing I have that stands for something outside of my music. I wanted a way to eternalize that,” says Tove. “It’s embracing the feminine with power and celebrating it as well as breaking the rules of it.”
Tove says of her friendship with designer Emelie, “We went through the dramatic years as teenagers into adulthood together. We made mistakes, fell in love, wrote music, lost jobs, chased dreams and danced side by side for years.”
The pieces are gold colored and range from $25 to $79. The lookbook describes the line as being for “every ballerina savage and boy princess out there.”
Blue Lips, the album that marks the second phase of Lady Wood, came out last month.
