ABC/Phil McCartenIf you’re still trying to forget the debacle that was last year’s Mariah Carey New Year’s Eve performance, here’s something that’ll help: this year’s Times Square performers on ABC’s Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest will be Camila Cabello and Nick Jonas.
The show, now it its 46th year, will feature Ryan Seacrest hosting and counting down to 2018 in New York City’s Times Square, with help from Jenny McCarthy. Singer Ciara will host the LA Hollywood Party portion of the telecast. The whole thing gets underway Sunday, December 31 st 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
In addition to Nick and Camila, reunited award-winning country duo Sugarland will also perform. More artists will be announced soon.
Camila’s debut album is due out January 2018. Nick stars in the new Jumanji movie, out December 20, and is currently filming a new movie, Chaos Walking, opposite Daisy Ridley and Tom Holland.
