Usher continues to celebrate 30 years of his music career with The Last Showman, the latest installment of Audible’s Words + Music series.

The episode will find Usher discussing the “inspirations, heartache and personal growth” that led to his 2004 album, Confessions, breaking down some of its popular tracks, and sharing the impact its had on his life and career. He’ll also open up about his musical roots, his evolution, balancing his private and public life and dealing with fame.

“With the recent 20th anniversary of Confessions, creating The Last Showman has been an incredible opportunity to reflect on the most pivotal moments of my career with fresh eyes and deep appreciation,” Usher said in a statement. “This project isn’t just about telling my story; it’s about sharing the raw, unfiltered truth behind the music that’s connected with generations of listeners, as well as the power of vulnerability in art.”

Featuring all new performances from Usher, The Last Showman is set to make its debut on Feb. 6.

Usher will then kick off the international leg of his Past, Present, Future tour on March 29 in London. The trek also celebrates his music career.
