Score! It seems Taylor Swift has the approval of both of her boyfriend’s parents.
Travis Kelce‘s father, Ed, spoke to People and pronounced Taylor a “very, very sweet, very charming, down-to-earth young woman.” What really impressed the elder Kelce was her behavior in the VIP suite at Arrowhead Stadium on October 12.
“We’re sitting in the suite, she gets up and in the front room, she gets up to go get a drink or something and she starts picking up empty bottles, cans, plates that are scattered around,” he explains. “Because in the suites everybody gets stuff and you empty it down wherever you can.”
“And I’m just thinking, I don’t think she got the diva memo. She didn’t get the spoiled musician. She doesn’t know how to pull that off. And that really to me said a whole lot,” he adds. He also notes that she’s “very smart. I mean, very.”
As fans have seen, Taylor also seems to get along with Travis’ mom, Donna; she even put her arm around her when they were together in the VIP suite at Travis’ October 1 game.
As previously reported, Taylor attended the Chiefs-Chargers game on October 22, and she and Travis held hands as they left Arrowhead Stadium.
