S-Curve/BMG; CBS FilmsAndy Grammer is giving fans even more ways to listen to his new single, “Don’t Give Up on Me.”
The singer will be performing the track, from the film Five Feet Apart, on NBC’s Today show on Wednesday, April 17. He’s also released a new remix of the song in collaboration with R3HAB, out now.
A portion of the proceeds from the original version of the song goes to Claire’s Place Foundation, Inc. Named in honor of activist and author Claire Wineland, it supports families living with Cystic Fibrosis.
Five Feet Apart is about two teens, played by Cole Sprouse and Haley Lu Richardson, who have Cystic Fibrosis.
Andy will be releasing his fourth full-length album this summer, followed by a fall headlining tour.
