Atlantic Records/STXfilmsKelly Clarkson has released her inspirational new song from the UglyDolls movie soundtrack.
The track, called “Broken & Beautiful” and co-written by Pink, is about celebrating imperfections and wanting to be accepted for who you are.
“Can someone just hold me, don’t fix me/ Don’t try to change a thing/ Can someone just know me?/‘Cause underneath, I’m broken and it’s beautiful,” Kelly sings.
In the movie, Kelly voices the character Moxy, a misfit toy who dreams of venturing out into the real world and interacting with kids, just like other toys.
UglyDolls, which hits theaters May 3, also features the voices of Nick Jonas, Bebe Rexha, Blake Shelton, Pitbull and Janelle Monae.
The soundtrack is now available for pre-order, and will officially be released on April 26.
