Jason Merritt/Getty Images for Universal MusicJustin Bieber got the shock of his life when a strange woman suddenly barged into his Laguna Beach, California hotel room on Tuesday, according to the Laguna Beach Police Department, which confirmed a story originally reported by TMZ.
“Ok, here is a lesson on how to not get arrested. DO NOT party at night and into the next day till you get kicked out of a five star hotel,” the Laguna Beach Police Department tweeted Tuesday. “When you do get kicked out, DO NOT come right back again and ‘accidentally’ walk into Justin Bieber’s room with him still inside. #thebiebs.”
TMZ cites sources as saying the unidentified woman had been partying and wandering around the hotel earlier in the day, and had already once been escorted off the property by security.
For some reason, the woman allegedly returned to the hotel and headed straight into Justin’s room, according to the gossip website. He reportedly asked her to leave before his security stepped in and held her until police arrived.
Police allege the woman, said to be in her late 30s, appeared to be drunk. She also claimed that she entered the Justin’s room by mistake, according to TMZ. She was booked for trespassing.
The timing certainly wasn’t ideal. Justin, who married model Hailey Baldwin late last year, took to Instagram Monday to announce that he was taking a break from music to repair “some of the deep-rooted issues that I have as most of us have, so that I don’t fall apart, so that I can sustain my marriage and be the father I want to be.”
