Lady Gaga delivers surprise jazz performance at Hollywood lounge

ABC/Rick RowellLady Gaga doesn’t need Tony Bennett to bring the house down with some jazz tunes. She did it all by herself Thursday night, with a surprise appearance at the Black Rabbit Rose restaurant and lounge in Hollywood.

Gaga took the stage and performed a couple of Frank Sinatra songs with the band. She started with a sultry version of Sinatra’s “Call Me Irresponsible.”

“My whole life, you know, I’ve been called irresponsible,” she began, before launching into the song. “It doesn’t make me so mad because it’s kind of true… and I like to hear the truth.”

She also performed “Fly Me to the Moon.”

According to Entertainment Tonight, Gaga was later seen hanging at a booth with actor Jeremy Renner.

The Black Rabbit Rose has live music every Thursday, organized by Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst.
