Dave MeyersFresh off her first Grammy win over the weekend, Ariana Grande has reached yet another milestone: She is now the most subscribed female artist on YouTube.
Ariana has over 32.5 million subscribers, surpassing both Taylor Swift and Katy Perry. Taylor has 32.38 million subscribers, while Katy as 32.24 million.
Ariana’s new record-breaking status is thanks in large part to some of her most recent attention-grabbing music videos. Her latest video for “break up with your girlfriend, i’m bored,” earned 21.9 million views in 24 hours last week, making it the second biggest debut of 2019. The first is Ariana’s video for “7 Rings.”
Ariana’s new album, thank u, next, is on track to debut at number one on the Billboard 200 albums chart, while “7 Rings” is spending its third week at the top of Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart.
