According to TMZ, the Maroon 5 frontman has purchased Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s former family home for $32 million.
Real estate sources tell TMZ Adam and wife Behati Prinsloo snapped up the three-building Pacific Palisades estate at the end of 2018. It comes complete with a pool, basketball court, gym, screening room and art studio.
Apparently, the property never officially hit the market – the sale was done privately.
Ben and Jen finalized their divorce in November. When they first split in 2015, Ben lived in a guest house on the property.
At this point, it’s not clear how many houses Adam owns. In early 2018, the Maroon 5 frontman sold a property in the Holmby Hills section of L.A. for $18 million, after owning it for just four months. In March of 2018, TMZ reported that he’d purchased a $35.5 million Beverly Hills estate from Will and Grace creator Max Mutchnick.
Not long after that, The Los Angeles Times reported that John Mayer bought another property Adam owned in Beverly Crest for $13.5 million dollars.
