ABC/Fred LeeSia already has big plans for 2019.
The singer told fans on Twitter that next year she’ll be releasing both a new album and a new film.
When a fan asked when we can expect new music, she responded, “Next year I’m releasing an album and a feature length musical I wrote and directed. Lots of fun things to come!”
The film, called Music, will star Sia’s longtime music video mini-me, Maddie Ziegler, plus Kate Hudson and Leslie Odom Jr. Rolling Stone reports Ziegler will play an “autistic child who comes under the care of her sober drug-dealing sister,” played by Hudson.
Sia’s last album release was 2016’s This Is Acting. She also released music with Diplo and Labrinth under the group name LSD.
