Taylor Hill/FilmMagicFollowing Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth’s surprise holiday wedding, the two received congratulations from a couple of important people in their lives.
Mark Ronson, Miley’s current musical collaborator, offered them a “Here Comes the Bride” remix on his acoustic guitar, accompanied by a sweet message.
“Congratulations, you two,” he says in the clip posted to Twitter. “May you all find your true love in 2019.”
In another nod to her friendship with Ronson, Miley posted a video of her dancing at the wedding to Ronson’s collab with Bruno Mars, “Uptown Funk.”
Author Nicholas Sparks also offered his well wishes to the happy couple. Miley and Liam, of course, met in 2009 on the set of The Last Song, based on Sparks’ romantic novel.
“This makes me so happy,” Sparks tweeted. “Congratulations @MileyCyrus and @LiamHemsworth. #TheLastSong”
Miley and Liam confirmed the nuptials with a series of photos on their social media. Miley posted several black-and-white photos that show her embracing and kissing Liam. She’s wearing a floor-length white satin off-the-shoulder gown, while he’s wearing a dark suit and tie, with a wedding ring visible. The caption reads, “10 years later ….”
The couple initially got engaged in 2012, but then broke up. They reunited in 2016 and resumed their engagement.
