Before Christmas, there were rumors that Miley Cyrus had finally tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, following a friend of the couple posting an Instagram Story with footage of the two wearing wedding clothing and about to cut a cake, as well as balloons that spelled out “Mr. & Mrs.” Now, it looks as though Miley may be confirming the nuptials.
On her Twitter, Instagram and Instagram Story, the “Nothing Breaks Like a Heart” singer posted a series of black-and-white photos that show her embracing and kissing Liam. She’s wearing a floor-length white satin off-the-shoulder gown, while he’s wearing a dark suit and tie, and what appears to be a wedding ring. They’re standing in front of a fireplace which has been decorated with roses and other flowers.
The caption reads, “10 years later ….”
Miley and Liam first met in 2009, while filming the movie The Last Song, released in 2010. The first scene they filmed together required them to kiss each other; Miley posted a picture of the scene last year in honor of International Kissing Day.
The couple initially got engaged in 2012, but then broke up. They then reunited in 2016 and resumed their engagement.
