Conor McDonnellEllie Goulding will serve as the host of Billboard‘s 13th Annual Women in Music event, which takes place Thursday, December 6 in New York City.
Ellie has just released a new single “Close to Me,” a collaboration with Diplo and Swae Lee.
As previously announced, Ariana Grande has been named Billboard‘s Woman of the Year. Janelle Monáe will receive the Trailblazer Award and ’80s superstar Cyndi Lauper is getting the Icon Award.
R&B singer and Maroon 5 collaborator SZA is being presented with the Rule Breaker Award, country star Kacey Musgraves will receive the Innovator Award and Hayley Kiyoko is getting the Rising Star Award.
The event will stream live on Twitter from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
