New Mike Posner album “A Real Good Kid” coming January 18

Island RecordsFollowing the release of his new single “Song About You,” Mike Posner has now announced full details of his new album.

A Real Good Kid, the Detroit musician’s third album, will be out January 18, 2019. You can pre-order the disc now and get an instant download of a new song, “Stuck in the Middle.”

Posner created the album following the death of his beloved father; he’d moved back home to Detroit to be with his dad during his final months. The album documents Mike’s emotional journey in trying to deal with the loss of his father. A Real Good Kid‘s opening track, “January 11, 2017,” is the date Mike’s father died.
