David Meyer/Republic RecordsAriana Grande‘s BBC concert special airs November 1, and she’s posted a teaser clip on Instagram to whet our appetites.
In the black-and-white clip, Ari belts out “God Is a Woman” while backed by an all-female orchestra and choir.
The one-hour special, recorded September 7, also includes an in-depth interview with Ariana. Since it was recorded before she and Pete Davidson split up, though, we don’t know if any mention of him had to be cut out — or perhaps he didn’t come up at all.
The BBC special, for which a U.S. airdate hasn’t yet been announced, is a good advertisement for Ariana’s upcoming Sweetener world tour, which gets underway March 18 in Albany, NY. Pre-sales for the tour start November 1 at 10 a.m. local time.
Meanwhile, Ariana’s brother Frankie Grande tells Entertainment Tonight that his sister is “doing well,” adding, “She’s working really hard, you know, getting prepped for tour and another album. Like, it’s too much! Lots of stuff is going on.”
