A source tells the magazine that Katy and the Lord of the Rings actor are “the real deal and completely in love with each other,” adding, “They are definitely going to get engaged and married this year.”
And after that happens, dishes the source, Katy, 33, “wants a kid ASAP” with Orlando, 41. “It’s something they’ve talked about a lot,” claims the source.
Orlando already has a son, Flynn, from his previous marriage to Miranda Kerr. Katy didn’t have children with her first husband, Russell Brand.
Having recently wrapped up her Witness tour, Katy has already said she’s planning to take a break for a bit. She’s due to return to ABC’s American Idol next year, but if she and Orlando want to marry, there’s at least a few months of downtime for them to get it done.
