Cleopatra RecordsAda Vox is kicking her post-American Idol career into gear with a brand-new song.
The song, titled “Because of You,” is a dance track that showcases Ada’s soaring vocals and an uplifting message about overcoming odds, thanks to people who believe in you. The track was produced by Bimbo Jones, who’s worked with Rihanna and Lady Gaga.
Ada, the drag queen alter ego of 24-year-old Adam Sanders, made it to the American Idol top eight last season. She’s playing tour dates across the country through the fall; her next show is in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 7.
