Ariana Grande confirms she’s working on a “Dangerous Woman” tour docu-series

Courtesy of Republic RecordsIf Ariana Grande’s new album Sweetener wasn’t enough, fans will soon be getting a docu-series from the singer.

She confirmed on Twitter Sunday night that she’s working on a series documenting her Dangerous Woman tour. She first sparked speculation that she was working on some kind of documentary last year after posting video clips from the tour.  It was during that tour, of course, that 23 people were killed in a terrorist bombing outside her show in Manchester, England.

When a fan asked her when the “movie” would be done, Ariana responded, “let me surprise u w it but it ain’t a movie issa docuseries ! there are episodes. now pls drop it before i slice off my arms.”

In response to another fan, she wrote that she’s still “adding stuff” to the series, which is why it’s taking so long.

“U love leaving me with no surprises now will u let us finish in peace pls,” she wrote along with a crying face emoji.

In the meantime, she’ll be releasing Sweetener on August 17.
