Coming tomorrow: Taylor Swift plays a “Mad Men” mistress in Sugarland’s “Babe”

Courtesy Big Machine RecordsReady to see Taylor Swift caught up in a 1960s-style love triangle? The singer is set to go full Mad Men in the new video for Sugarland’s “Babe,” a song she co-wrote with Train’s Pat Monahan.

The video, which will be released in full on Saturday, features Taylor – sporting a red wig and looking like Mad Men’s Joan Holloway – having an affair with a married man, played by Brandon Routh, who’s probably best known for starring in Superman Returns, and in the TV shows Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow.

Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles plays the Betty Draper-esque wife, who seemingly finds out about the affair and has a run-in with Taylor’s character.

The teaser trailer for the video debuted Wednesday during the CMT Awards.
