Milan ZrnicChristina Aguilera is letting her powerhouse vocals be the focus on her latest track off Liberation, “Twice.”
While her first single “Accelerate” is a sexy club jam, this song is a melancholy piano ballad with layered harmonies.
The song finds Christina wondering about the meaning of her life. She looks back on a destructive past love and sings about “sacrificing the most of her youth.” Ultimately, though, she sings that she’d “do it all again and won’t think twice.”

Liberation comes out June 15.
Meanwhile, A Great Big World — the duo that teamed up with Christina for the 2014 hit “Say Something” — also has a new song out. The track, called “Younger,” is about wishing you were a kid again.
