ABC/Image Group LAImagine Dragons keeps racking up Billboard milestones. The band has now become the first act ever to chart four singles on the Hot 100 for at least a year.
According to the publication, ID’s single “Thunder” just logged its 52nd week on the Hot 100, a feat previously achieved by “Believer,” “Demons” and “Radioactive.”
“Believer” also spent 52 weeks on the chart, while “Demons” held on for 61 weeks. “Radioactive,” meanwhile, lasted for a grand total of 87 weeks on the Hot 100. It currently holds the record for the longest-running single in that chart’s history.
The band has now surpassed its own record: When “Believer” notched its 52nd week earlier this year, Imagine Dragons became the first act to chart three year-long singles on the Hot 100.
Several artists have logged two songs that spent at least a year on the chart: They include The Chainsmokers, Faith Hill, Lifehouse, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran and Train.
In addition to setting new Billboard records, Imagine Dragons will kick off a U.S. tour June 5 in Hartford, Connecticut.
