Vincent PetersKelly Clarkson will be performing a free concert to help kick off the 2018 Department of Defense Warrior Games next month.
The Warrior Games are an annual Paralympic-style competition featuring wounded, ill and injured service members and veterans from all branches of the military taking part in various sporting events.
This year’s opening ceremony will take place at Falcon Stadium in Colorado Springs on June 2. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. Free tickets will become available on May 8, at 9 a.m. MST. Other guest musical performances and a special guest emcee have yet to be announced.
At this point, Kelly hasn’t announced a tour in support of her most recent album Meaning of Life, but she has a few live dates scheduled in addition to this special performance. Check KellyClarkson.com for more info.
