According to Metro UK, some fans are convinced that Ed and Cherry are secretly married, because he was sporting a gold band on the third finger of his left hand during an intimate charity concert in London on Monday night. Of course, the ring could merely be a symbol of his engagement.
ABC News has reached out to Ed’s rep about the rumor.
According to The Sun, during the charity show, Ed told the audience how much he’s been enjoying domestic bliss with Cherry. “I find myself getting really excited about kitchen appliances now,” he joked.
Ed also revealed that at Wednesday night’s Brit Awards — the U.K. equivalent of the Grammys — he’ll be performing his Grammy-winning song, “Thinking Out Loud.”
