Republic RecordsAfter teasing the duet for weeks, Liam Payne and Rita Ora have finally “freed” their song “For You” off the Fifty Shades Freed soundtrack.
The romantic track has the two singing about finding love unexpectedly, and pledging devotion to that special someone. It fits with the third installment of the Fifty Shades franchise, which finds Anastasia Steele and her BDSM-loving boyfriend, Christian Grey, getting married.
“Been waiting for a lifetime for ya/Been breaking for a lifetime for ya/Wasn’t looking till I found you/Love till I found you,” Liam and Rita sing on the chorus.
In addition to contributing to the soundtrack, Rita also plays Christian’s sister, Mia, in the film franchise.
Fifty Shades Freed, starring Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan, hits theaters February 9. The soundtrack arrives the same day.
