ABC/Randy Holmes Kelly’s smile was pretty unbreakable in the photo she shared on social media a few days ago, showing that she’d gotten engaged.
In the black and white photo, Tori, 24, is standing sideways looking at something we can’t see. Her hands are to her face, and you can see an engagement ring on her finger. Her fiance, German basketball player André Murillo, 27, is standing behind her, smiling and holding her. “I love you,” reads the caption.
Murillo also posted a black and white photo of the couple embracing, with the caption, “To have and to hold… to cherish and protect. My best friend said ‘yes.'”
People reports that Murillo was born in Germany and grew up in Southern California. He’s a free agent who most recently played for the Seawolves, a team in Rostock, Germany.
Tori told ABC Radio a few weeks ago that she’s working hard on her sophomore album but won’t release it until it’s “perfect.” Meanwhile, she has a duet out with country star Chris Lane called “Take Back Home Girl,” and a duet with rapper Lecrae called “I’ll Find You.”
