Andrew Lipovsky/NBCFergie was the musical guest on Thursday’s Tonight Show, and she joined Black Simon & Garfunkel for a performance of her hit with the Black Eyed Peas, “My Humps.”
The faux duo — played by The Roots members Questlove and “Captain” Kirk Douglas — is a sendup of the legendary 1960s duo Simon & Garfunkel, who make frequent appearances on the show in response to requests from host Jimmy Fallon‘s “Audience Suggestion Box” and perform mashups of current hits with the Simon & Garfunkel classic, “The Boxer.”
Past mashups have included Taylor Swift‘s “Shake It Off” and Lorde‘s “Royals.”
Fergie returned later in the show for a performance of “You Already Know, from her latest album, Double Dutchess.
