“Despacito” dominates “Billboard” Hot 100 chart for 11th week

Universal Music Latino / Raymond Braun / SchoolBoy / Def Jam / UMLE / Republic Records“Despacito” is still going strong. The Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee hit, featuring Justin Bieber, is number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for an 11th week.

The song becomes part of a small group of just 23 songs that have topped the chart for at least 11 weeks, and is the second-longest-leading single since Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You” reigned for 12 weeks from January through April.

“Despacito” also topped the Digital Song Sales chart for a 12th week, with 118,000 downloads sold in the week ending July 20. It has sold more than 100,000 downloads in each of the last 11 weeks, making it the longest streak of 100,000+ downloads since Adele’s “Hello.”

Elsewhere on the Hot 100 chart, DJ Khaled’s “Wild Thoughts,” featuring Rihanna and Bryson Tiller, comes in at number two, and Bruno Mars’ “That’s What I Like” rises to number three.

Charlie Puth’s “Attention” cracks the top 10, making it Charlie’s third top-10 single.
