Jamie-James MedinaWe’ve still got a few days to see how things shape up in the U.S., but over in the U.K., Styles has finally replaced Sheeran at #1.
After 13 weeks on top of the British Singles Chart, Ed Sheeran‘s “Shape of You” has finally been knocked out by “Sign of the Times,” the debut solo single by Harry Styles, which enters at #1. It’s Harry’s first #1 as a solo artist, and the first release from his self-titled solo album, out on May 12.
But it’s not all bad news for Ed: “Shape of You” is now at #2, while another one of his songs, “Galway Girl,” is #3. In addition, his album ÷ (Divide) is number one for a sixth week.
You can watch Harry perform “Sign of the Times” this weekend on Saturday Night Live.
