ABC/Paula LoboJohn Legend performed his new single “Surefire” for the first time on the finale of The Voice UK on Sunday night.
The ten-time Grammy Award-winner played piano and was accompanied by two female violinists as he sang the passionate ballad for a live audience and the show’s coaches, who include Jennifer Hudson and will.i.am.
“Surefire” is the third single from Legend’s new CD, Darkness and Light.
His “Darkness and Light” tour kicks off May 12 in Miami, and he’ll begin the European leg of the tour September 8 in Glasgow, Scotland.
