According to Variety, the actor has put his Beverly Hills, California home up for sale for an asking price of nearly $9 million.
The modern, minimalist property features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a sunken sitting room, a zero-edge swimming pool and spa, and a fire pit. The master suite opens to a lounging and dining deck with skyline views.
It’s unclear if Katy and Orlando will buy a new home together, but they may not need to, since Katy already has plenty of properties to choose from.
Last month she sold two side-by-side homes at the top of Runyon Canyon for $12.7 million, but she still owns two multi-million-dollar homes in Beverly Hills and is involved in an ongoing bid to acquire a convent in Los Feliz that she plans to convert into a family compound.
