Ruven AfanadorSam Smith paid an emotional visit to the Pulse nightclub memorial in Orlando, Florida this week.
He posted a photo of the memorial on Instagram and penned a tribute to the 49 victims of the shooting at the LGBTQ nightclub in June 2016.
“So deeply emotional & heartbreaking,” he wrote. “However, proof that there is more love in this world than hate.”
He continued, “To all the families and friends of the victims, your loved ones will never be forgotten xx If any of you come to Orlando it’s such an important place to go to and pay your respects. Sending my love to all of you.”
