Adam Levine enlists “The Voice” co-stars Kelly Clarkson and Blake Shelton for new YouTube series, “Sugar”

ABC/Randy HolmesAdam Levine is bringing a sweet new series to YouTube Premium.

Billboard reports the show, called Sugar, will feature an element of surprise inspired by the Maroon 5 music video for their song of the same name. In the clip, the band crashed a bunch of weddings in L.A.

The 8-episode series, debuting on August 15, will feature a different artist each week, surprising fans who are doing charitable work in their communities. The artists participating include Adam’s The Voice co-stars Kelly Clarkson and Blake Shelton, as well as Snoop Dogg, Charlie Puth, and more.

“I’m really excited to show this interesting show/experiment filled with many different experiences and emotions; based on the concept behind our video for ‘Sugar,’” Adam says in a statement to Billboard. “I’m extremely grateful and equally excited for all who participated on both sides of the camera.”

Adam is executive producing the show, along with the director of the “Sugar” music video, David Dobkin.
